Private Driving Lesson

Teens under 18 years old are required by CA DMV to complete a 6-hr driving lesson.  We conduct our lessons in 2-hr increments, for a total of 3 lessons. Upon completion of the 6-hr driving lesson, the instructor will issue the student the certification as required by CA DMV. 
Requirements:
  • Valid CA provisional instruction permit 
    (click here to obtain a permit)

  • Upon Completion of the 6-Hr Driving Lesson, a "Certificate of Completion (OL238 Form)" will be issued

PAYMENTS:

  • All payments are due at the end of each session.

  • Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card/debit cards (a 3% service fee applies for card transactions).

CANCELLATIONS:

  • This is a private 1-on-1 lesson. We respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments to avoid getting charged the no-show fee of $25. Any change or cancellation request must be made directly to our office or your assigned instructor.

NOTICE:

  • Wear comfy, non-slip shoes.

  • Our school vehicles are fully registered & insured and meet safety requirements.

  • Students are not allowed to use personal vehicles. Instructors will provide the school's registered car.

  • Due to the auto insurance policy, no other passenger is allowed during the instruction.

  • Driving lessons may be canceled due to rain if the driving instructor determines that the rain has created unsafe driving conditions.
